NZCM Refund Policy: The New Zealand College of Massage operates a student fee indemnification policy to protect all students. All fees paid for qualifications are protected in a Trust Account. This means that in the unlikely event of the College going out of business you are able to retrieve all unused fees. Any payments not received by the due date as invoiced will incur a 10% penalty, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Any request for an extension of payment date must be received in writing at the College at least one week before the due date. Only exceptional circumstances will be considered. Unpaid fees will be sent to a debt-collecting agency and course enrolment will be cancelled. All debt collection costs will be transferred to the student for payment. For domestic students with programme length of more than three months who wish to withdraw from that all or part of that programme; if NZCM receives the application to withdraw: - before the programme start date, there is a full refund less $50 administration fee. - If it is within the first 8 days (i.e. 7 days after the first day of the programme) the student will receive a full refund less administration fee of 10% of the total fee or $500, whichever is less. - 8 days or more after the first day of the programme, there is no refund.
